I’ve been meaning to post on our recent two weeks in Nashville, April 27th-May 10th. The Nashville Shores RV Park is in the nearby town of Hermitage, (the hometown of Andrew Jackson) and on the Percy Priest Lake. This lakeside resort has a waterpark, boats and cabins for rent, along with the RV park, but the location is really great. We had a lakeside spot and had to admit, it was one of our favorite stays. Situated to view the lake from the office side of the RV, able to take the kayaks out on the lake and close proximity to what we need, including four miles to the airport.

I had to admit, as much as I traveled in the two weeks we were there, I wasn’t there as much as I would have liked! This is the ideal RV resort for our type of stay- away from it all, but connected to everything we need. There was a nice size dog park for the puppies, the office was well managed and the park was very walkable, with a marina and restaurant close by.

This is definitely an RV resort I recommend people checking out if you’re looking for a great place to stay and definitely ask for a lake side site!
